Temporary Protocol Changes

With the ongoing concern about COVID-19 we are implementing some temporary protocol changes to protect you and our team members. Please read this carefully as it may affect your upcoming visit to Belton Veterinary Clinic.
PATIENT VISITS
  1. If you are bringing a pet for an exam please check in as you normally would and wait in your car. Please make sure the front desk has your cell phone number. A technician will call your cell phone and let you know when it is time for you to enter the building. You will be immediately directed to an exam room at that time. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO WAIT IN THE LOBBY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
  2. If you are bringing a large animal in a trailer please pull back to the barn and pull ALL THE WAY behind the barn. We will be having a drive through car line in front of the barn and will need the space.
PATIENT PICK UP/DROP OFF, MEDICATION PICK UP, FOOD PICK UP
  1. If you need a prescription refill you MUST CALL IN ADVANCE for approval/denial. We will not be filling prescriptions on a walk in basis temporarily.
  2. Please pull to the back of the building where we will have a drive through line. A team member will get your information and find out if you are picking up or dropping off.
  3. A team member will assist you from there
  4. All boarding pick up and drop off will be done at the back of the building.
And finally, if you have traveled outside of the country in the last 14 days we kindly ask that you do not visit the clinic for 2 weeks. If you are feeling ill or have a fever we also ask that you refrain from visiting for 2 weeks.
As always, practice social distancing and wash hands frequently.
Thank you for your continued patronage during this time.
